Lingerie Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. Returns for lingerie may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or wrong size. If you have a defect in material and quality or have an item that was the wrong size, you must notify Customer Service by email or phone within 14 days of invoice date. After they have given you authorization for a return, all items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged. By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects.
Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.
Simply Romantic Boutique, LLC will credit your card or issue a store credit within 30 Business Days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
Jewelry and Adult Novelty Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Our store cannot return adult novelties for other reasons other than manufacturers defect due to sanitary reasons. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
